The Social Psychology Program is pleased to offer a new course starting in Spring 2025 – SOCPSY 3H03: Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

This course explores the psychology of work. Topics include the organizational effectiveness and dynamics involved in hiring, training, performance, leadership, and team behaviour.

Format: Online Asynchronous
Prerequisites: Registration in Level III or above; SOCPSY 1Z03.
